After joining you will receive a free health MOT and progress check, following this your complimentary fitness induction will be carried out by friendly staff using top of the range gym equipment. Nutrition advice and consultations are free of charge as the staff at the club realise this is sometimes one of the biggest challenges people face getting fit and healthy.
